Equipment are core assets. Each device has its own booking schedule and approval rules.
Only Admins/Deputies can publish Equipment. Fill in specs, manufacturer, images, and especially Penalty Rules if users violate bookings.
Technicians can mark equipment as 'Under Maintenance' to block all future bookings during that timeframe.
Manage import/export/stock of chemicals and single-use tools.
Members can suggest new consumables. If auto-approve is disabled, Admins must review before they appear in inventory.
Used when a member wants the Admin to approve additional procurement when supplies run low.
Physical samples, digital assets, or outputs derived from Projects.
Products can be generated and linked directly to Projects. You can change statuses (e.g., Pending QA, Certified).
