LAB HUB respects your right to control your personal data. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the process and what happens to your data.
LAB HUB uses Step-Up Authentication (2-factor) for account deletion to protect your security.
Open the LAB HUB app (Mobile or Web).
Go to Profile Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Verify your identity: Enter your current password and the 6-digit OTP code sent to your email.
Confirm permanent deletion of your account.
This action is irreversible. All your data, including lab memberships, projects, and uploaded files, will be permanently deleted.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email.
Send an email to one of the following addresses:
Subject: [LAB HUB] Account Deletion Request - [Your Name/Email]
Response time: Within 48 business hours.
