Feature Overview

LAB HUB's QR system fully digitizes logbooks, ensuring real-time data and preventing proxy check-ins.

Lab Entry QR

Admins can print the General Lab QR and post it at the door. Upon arriving/leaving, members use the LAB HUB app to scan it, automatically logging Work Schedule attendance.

Equipment QR

Each equipment generates a unique QR. Before starting usage (even if booked), you MUST scan the device QR to Check-in. Forgetting will result in a No-show violation.

How to Scan

Steps for both Web and Mobile:

Open the LAB HUB app on your phone or Web (if webcam equipped).

Tap the 'Scan QR' button on the bottom navigation bar.

Align the camera frame over the QR code. The system will automatically redirect and notify the result instantly.
